Wendy Kelton is a Jetty Host. When Wendy isn’t volunteering she enjoys a cuppa, making new friends, having a chat and most importantly, crochet.
Wendy has begun a huge undertaking of crocheting a coral reef. She has enjoyed herself immensely in the process and would like to spread the joy. So if you are a fellow crocheter or would like to learn, Wendy would love to see you.
During the month of August, Wendy will be perched in the sunshine streaming through the windows of the Interpretive Centre, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 10am and 12pm. Tea and biscuits will be provided and laughs are guaranteed.
Come along with any spare wool and a crochet hook if you have one. If you can’t make it but would like to contribute to the project Wendy won’t say no to donations of the wool variety.
So if you’re not into Pokemon and prefer to make friends the old fashioned way come into the Busselton Jetty Interpretive Centre during August.
Please contact Wendy by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone the Jetty on 9754 0900 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and ask for Karen for any further details.
