Whales in the Bay!

By in Uncategorized with 0 Comments

The Margaret River Region plays host to an estimated 35,000 whales (including humpbacks, southern right and sometimes blue) migrating from the Antarctic between June and December every year. We’ve had lots of sightings of whales in Geographe Bay from the Jetty this season!

If you’re after a more intimate experience, All Sea Charters and Legend Charters run daily whale watching tours departing the Jetty (weather dependent) from mid September to mid December, allowing you to get up close with these gentle giants of the deep.

If you’ve recently been on an Underwater Observatory tour show our friendly Interpretive Centre proof of your tour and they’ll hook you up with a 10% discount with All Sea Charters or Legend Charters. Click here for a quick taste of what they are currently seeing out on the water!
