The safety and security of our visitors and team members remains our highest priority. We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and provide maximum flexibility as the situation around COVID-19 continues to evolve.

We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:

  • Our staff and volunteer teams are receiving ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols.
  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas using hospital grade disinfectant, particularly high use touch points such as door handles, public toilets, handrails, train doors, touchscreens, counters, EFTPOS machines etc.
  • We have increased the use of antibacterial hand sanitizers and continue to encourage visitors and team members to follow good hygiene practices, especially regular handwashing

If you have returned from a country or region that is at higher risk for COVID-19 or if you are exhibiting flu like symptoms, including fever, cough, sore throat, we respectfully request that you do not visit Busselton Jetty to help prevent spreading of illness.
