- Ticket price – $20 for Non Members (2 drink vouchers and canapes) or $10 for people who sign up as Friends of the Jetty on the night
- Start time/end time – 5.30pm Start and 7.30pm Finish with Dinner avail for $25pp from 7.30pm

- 5.30pm Welcome and sign in,
- 6pm AGM start
- 7pm AGM finish,
- 7.05pm Licence Plate Auction
