Local Celebrity Chef – Tony Howell has been appointed as our Jetty Ambassador for the 23/24 Summer Season and starting from December we will be releasing weekly “Tips with Tone” cooking videos!
These weekly videos will not only give viewers secret insight from Tony on how to prep and cook different varieties of seafood but they will also dive into the world of sustainable fishing to explain the importance of fishing for the future.
Where possible during each episode, Tony is using the Jetty facilities to catch and clean his seafood
