Busselton Jetty for Schools – Incursion Program
Busselton Jetty is taking marine education to local schools with a new incursion program for students in Year 2 to 6. The program focuses on preservation, marine life, biodiversity, plastic pollution and conservation.
Incursions include an interactive presentation by Jetty staff and volunteers with lots of amazing photos, facts and questions for students followed by a hands-on workshop with different activity stations using digital technology, samples and specimens.
This program is free to schools thanks to the support of Rio Tinto and the Busselton Jetty Environment Fund.
This is available to schools within a 50km radius of the Busselton Jetty.
