Incursions

Busselton Jetty is taking marine education to local schools with an incursion program for students in years 2 to 6!

The program focuses on Jetty preservation, marine life, biodiversity, plastic pollution, and conservation. Incursions include an interactive presentation by Jetty staff, facts and questions for students followed by a hands-on workshop with different activity stations using digital technology, samples and specimens.

This program is available free of charge to schools within a 50km radius of the Busselton Jetty, thanks to the support of Rio Tinto and the Busselton Jetty Environment Foundation
