You must complete our rates contract to become an affiliate. To receive a copy please email: firstname.lastname@example.org and allow 7 business days for processing.
As an approved affiliate, you will be set up with your own login for Fareharbor and you will be able to make your own bookings.
If you have not made payment, you can make changes in your booking through Fareharbor.
If full payment has been made, please contact us directly on (08) 9754 0900 or email@example.com to make the changes for you.
Yes, we offer 20% commission. Block out periods on net rates apply to all W.A. school holidays and public holidays.
We allow one free-of-charge (FOC) tour guide with your group, you must book them on using the FOC option when you create your booking.
Wheelchairs must be booked in as a wheelchair passenger.
Prams are not permitted on the train.
No. All bookings must be paid in full by credit card no later than the day prior to your tour date.
Yes. You will need to present your booking number to staff in the Interpretive Centre at the beginning of the Jetty to receive your tickets.
Guests will be allocated compartment seating.
Please allow enough time to park and bring your guests to the Jetty in time to catch the train at your designated time.
If you are late, your tour will not be rescheduled and you will potentially forfeit your booking.
